Step-by-step Image Skincare Home Facial Kit instructions
1 Cleanse
Add a 10p coin sized amount of cleanser into the palm of your hand along with a splash of warm water. Massage well using small circular movements, working your way across your whole face and neck.Remove the cleanser with the sponges provided, made damp with warm water. Rise the product from the sponges and repeat the process with the second cleanse and removal. Rinse the sponges.
2 Exfoliate
Onto damp skin take a 10p coin sized amount of the exfoliator. This gentle daily polisher refines and balances the skin and the pomegranate enzymes, olive pit powder and bamboo spheres smooth away dullness to reveal a radiant skin. Remove with the sponges and pat dry.
3 Massage
This part is optional but you can spend as much or little time on this as you feel appropriate. Apply Vital C ACE facial oil to the whole face and neck and massage in. You can see some ideas on my video to follow – just make sure you pay particular attention to the areas of most concern. (I’m going to put a video link on my website for you to follow)
4 Masque
Apply the masque to the whole face and neck area- use the whole tube. Now time to rest for 20 minutes. You could use a cold cotton wool compresses over the eyes and even use this time to really relax through meditation. Headspace or Calm are both great apps to use, just search your app store.
When you are ready, remove the masque with the sponges and warm water and gently pat day.
5 Serum or Cream
Apply a pea sized amount of your cream/ serum to your face, along with your Eye Cream – the size of a grain of rice is sufficient. Neck Cream if required.
Note: If you are doing this during the day you will need to apply your SPF!
